Henk Gooijer has studied Chemical Engineering at Eindhoven University (The Netherlands), with a specialization in materials science. He received his master’s degree in Chemical Engineering in 1988. Thereafter, he joined the research group Textile Technology of Twente University as an assistant. Tom Van Woensel is Full Professor of Freight Transport and Logistics in the OPAC group (Operations, Planning, Accounting and Control) of the department of Industrial Engineering and Innovation Sciences at the Technische Universiteit Eindhoven in the Netherlands. He heads the Smart Logistics Lab, a joint effort of around 15 people doing research in transport and logistics. He is the program chair of the Bachelor Program Industrial Engineering (around 850 undergraduate students).

Frank Cheng joined Beijing Fornet Laundry Service Co., Ltd. since April 1998, and has devoted in laundry technology research, equipment maintenance, repair guidance, and software application technology for more than 20 years. He has in-depth research and have rich practical experience in the field of washing equipment operation, washing and chemical application, software development and information technology application. He is an expert in equipment maintenance management of the Fornet system, and also the main designer and promoter of the mobile internet technology’s application in Fornets’ stores.
